The room was good sized, with Wi-Fi, a TV set, and coffee-making facilities. The location in a lovely area was unbeatable and excellent and there were a local store and shops nearby.

We greatly enjoyed this place and fantastic food.

We had en suite twin room with clothes or cases, modern clean bed and shower.

The rooms were a nice size here with twin beds as well as clothes or cases. Location: the hotel was right by shops, the nearby beach and Barnstaple town centre.

It was well-appointed, good enough for one night. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice for traveling around Barnstaple, adjacent to a slope as well as facilities-shops, river, eateries, walking paths. The staff was helpful,

Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

I was travelling to Barnstaple for one night. The beds were comfy, the room was newly remodelled and perfect. The staff were flexible, efficient, did all they can for an enjoyable stay. The location was easy, just a short walk
